Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays), for delivery count then 2 to 7 working days via Colissimo, UPS, CHRONOPOST, DHL (without signature or against signature), up to 8 working days in relay-package but not insured at the customer's choice.

(On average the customer receives his order in 4 working days)

THE RISKS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER (OR THIRD PARTY DESIGNATED BY HIM) ONCE THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE SELLER'S PREMISES./p>

Any protest relating to a damage occurred during transport must be formulated by reasoned complaint, of which a copy will be addressed to the salesman, near the conveyor, within three days as from the delivery.

In the event of a delay in shipping, an e-mail will be sent to the Buyer to inform him/her of the possible consequences on the delivery time that was indicated. However, KABELLO RAW HAIR cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the Purchaser or to a problem with the carrier.
