• REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after the purchase of a product.

The KABELLO RAW HAIR website can make a refund in the form of a credit note or an exchange after checking the product. The latter must correspond to our quality standards and be returned at the buyer's expense, in its original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, thank-you card, etc.), allowing it to be remarketed in new condition and accompanied by the product invoice.

The seller is not responsible in case of non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, fire, flood ...).
